E. Ross Zimmerman, Esq.
Mr. Zimmerman is a member of the Florida and New York Bars, having graduated with high honors and distinctions from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1971 and its faculty of law and jurisprudence in 1974.

Karin A. Bayne, Esq.
Ms. Bayne was born in Hollywood, Florida, and has lived in Broward County, Florida her entire life. Ms. Bayne received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in 1988.
Toni Powers, Esq.
Ms. Powers was born and raised in New York, spent over 20 years of her adult life in Nevada, and relocated to Broward County, Florida in January, 2004. Ms. Powers received a Specialized Associates degree in Paralegal Studies in 1995.
